The Guarantee Fund for Non-life Insurers has prepared a guidance with the purpose of instructing the companies when managing the payment of contributions to the Guarantee Fund for Non-life Insurers.
The guidance concerning the statement of contributions on industrial injury insurances is an expression of the Guarantee Fund's interpretation of the executive order on contributions to the Guarantee Fund for Non-Life Insurance Companies, no. 1111 of 1 June 2021 and is not approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory authority.
