Topdanmark Insurance A/S is currently the Danish Guarantee Fund's administration company.
The agreement between the Guarantee Fund and its administration company implies that Topdanmark is obliged to manage the liability portfolio in the event of a non-life insurance company’s bankruptcy during the period in question.
The existing framework agreement between the Guarantee Fund and Topdanmark will expire on 30 November, 2020.
