How to enroll and register in the Guarantee Fund
Fill out the 'membership inquiry' form and we will send a link to our IT system, from where insurance companies can enroll in the Guarantee Fund and pay the entrance fee.
Please note that the mandatory membership applies to all insurance companies in the EU/EEA, which through cross-border service or branch are notified to write insurance policies in Denmark.
This also applies to insurance companies that only take out business insurance in Denmark.
